PinPoint Performance Solutions, based in Boise, Idaho, is a consulting company that works with software and web application developers to implement technology solutions in the workplace.
We use many forms of analysis and evaluation to develop effective Training and Workplace Performance Improvement solutions as well as conduct User-Centered Design in the creation and customization of software and web applications. We draft and administer plans for Usability Testing on these technology solutions to help build a final product that is effective and meets the need of the end user.
Whether working with the clients of software and web application developers or as an intermediary and user advocate for a company implementing a technology solution, our goal is to increase workplace performance and identify the causes to performance problems. The very problems that may be slowing productivity can be remedied with well-designed technology tools and proper performance support systems to meet the expectations of the end user while aligning with business objectives.
