PinPoint Performance Solutions, based in Boise, Idaho, is a consulting company that works with software and web application developers to implement technology solutions in the workplace.
We use many forms of analysis and evaluation to support User-Centered Design in the development and customization of software and web applications. We draft and administer plans for Usability Testing on these technology solutions to create a final product that is effective and meets the need of the end user.
Whether working with the clients of software and web application developers or as an intermediary and user advocate for a company implementing a technology solution, our goal is to increase workplace performance and identify the causes to performance problems. The very problems that may be slowing productivity can be remedied with well-designed technology tools and proper performance support systems to meet the expectations of the end user while aligning with the business’ objectives.

Treasure Valley Consultants’ Network is a professional organization focused on promoting the knowledge and expertise of business-to-business consultants in the Treasure Valley to companies of all sizes based in the Boise area, neighboring states and beyond.
Through the organization's website and other means of communication, the intent is to keep members informed, attract a broader audience and detail & promote the services provided by member consultants to business leaders and key decision makers. As an organization, Treasure Valley Consultants' Network overall goal is to create a better sense of community among our members.
