I am a business professional with over 10 years of experience designing and developing training and workplace performance improvement solutions. I also have experience with user-centered design and usability testing for technology products (software, websites and web applications).
My professional career has been rich with experience. I have applied my knowledge and skills in instructional and performance technology at Boise-area companies such as Norco, Albertsons and Hewlett-Packard. Many of the solutions I have developed have been delivered in a variety of formats such as manuals, job aids, computer-based training and web-based training.
In all, I bring a well-rounded approach to workplace learning and performance improvement with the goal of making businesses run better.
I believe in continuous self-improvement. I educate myself on trends and changes in the fields of instructional design, human performance technology, user-centered design and usability testing. Everything I learn about in these fields study are applied back to the work I conduct with clients.
Much of the new knowledge I have gained over the last few years has recently been applied to formal business structure I created in 2005 called PinPoint Performance Solutions to promote my services among the business community at large offering performance improvement, instructional design, user centered design and usability testing.
My latest venture is Treasure Valley Consultants’ Network formed in October 2006. It is a professional organization focused on supporting the profession of consulting in the Boise area.
